Monday, November 24, 2025. Professor Lisa Hehenberger, PhD, has been appointed dean of Esade Business School for the next four years, with the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Esade Foundation and the support of the Board of Directors and the Faculty. This appointment, formalized by the rector of Ramon Llull University, will take effect on December 1st.
Hehenberger’s appointment underpins Esade’s commitment to education consisting of a combination of humanist, Jesuit tradition with innovation and transformation, and consolidates her leadership in training people committed to social impact. Her appointment will also boost female leadership in academia and management, and be an inspiration for future generations of female leaders.
Lisa Hehenberger is Associate Professor in the Department of Strategy and General Management, and head of the Esade Center for Social Impact, which she founded in 2021.
