Participants gave Esade’s Open Programs a score of 9.76 out of 10 on average, crowning them #1 in the world for Follow Up , #2 for New Skills and Learning and #3 for Faculty. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of a teaching approach centered on the personal and professional transformation of executives, taylored to meet the demands of an ever-evolving business environment.

Josep Franch, director of Esade Executive Education, highlighted “This recognition by the Financial Times as the world’s best business school for Follow Up and second for New skills and Learning confirms Esade’s commitment to transformative education—connected to the real world and focused on the holistic development of professionals and executives throughout their careers.”

Esade offers executive education that adapts to every stage of professional growth, from specialised programs in digitalisation and sustainability to to comprehensive offerings like the Advanced Management Program (AMP), designed for senior leaders looking to expand their strategic vision and reshape their leadership style from a global, innovative perspective.

Custom programs for business change

In Custom business programs, Esade rises one position to #11 worldwide, gaining particular recognition for New skills and Learning, Teaching methods and Materials, and Partner Schools, three indicators in which it ranks among the global Top 10. This success reflects Esade’s strong partnerships with leading organisations to jointly design programs that address key challenges such as innovation, digital transformation, and social impact. “The Financial Times acknowledgement is the result of our commitment to supporting companies undergoing change by co-creating solutions that combine business strategy with talent development,” added Franch.

The new Esade campus in Madrid: a hub for executive talent

Aligned with this strategic vision, Esade has recently inaugurated its new campus in Madrid—a city in which the institution has been active for over 25 years—designed to enhance its executive education offering and strengthen ties with the business community. This new space hosts a wide and diverse range of open and custom programs, designed to deliver advanced learning experiences aligned with the real challenges organisations face, particularly in areas such as digital transformation, sustainability, and strategic innovation.

“Esade’s new campus in Madrid strengthens our relationship with companies and executives, serving as a meeting point for talent development and as a growth engine fostering close ties with the business ecosystem,” concluded Franch.
