IQS-URL launches the «Equal Programme» for the normalization of disability
Monday, October 28, 2024. From 9 October 2024 to 9 April 2025, IQS-URL is launching the Equal Programme with the help of the Eurofirms Foundation with the aim of promoting the normalization of disability among its employees and their families. This initiative seeks to offer free, confidential, and personalized advising services concerning Disability Certificates by offering a fundamental resource for those seeking guidance on this matter.
The programme is aimed at both IQS-URL employees and their household family members. All employees will be able to access this assistance to make inquiries about how to handle Disability Certificate procedures and understand the aid and benefits to which they may be entitled when obtaining it. These benefits include tax, social, housing, mobility, transportation, education, and employment opportunities.
The Eurofirms Foundation, which is leading this project, has a solid track record in promoting social and labour inclusion for people with disabilities. This foundation works to ensure that their rights are respected and that they can enjoy a full life, both personally and professionally.
With this programme, IQS-URL is reaffirming its commitment to the inclusion and wellbeing of all people in its community, offering tools and resources that promote equal opportunities in all areas of life.
