The URL, among the 8 Spanish universities ranked in QS Top 50 under 50
Ramon Llull University has been ranked by QS Top 50 under 50 for the third year, which classifies the 150 best universities under 50 years, and has been ranked 101-150
Thursday, June 25, 2020. Ramon Llull University (URL) has been placed once again among the best young universities in the world according to the prestigious QS Top 50 under 50 ranking. This classification, which Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has elaborated since 2012, has placed URL in the 101-150th position in the world and 7th in Spain.
The ranking QS Top 50 under 50 is a classification of the global top universities younger than 50 years, in other words those institutions created after 1970. The table contains a total of 150 universities, of which 8 are Spanish and 4 are Catalan (Pompeu Fabra, Politècnica de Catalunya, Ramon Llull and Rovira i Virgili, in order of classification).
In order to elaborate the ranking of young universities, QS takes into consideration the first 150 universities younger than 50 years old that were classified in the QS general ranking (World University Rankings).
