The URL, best university in Spain in Business & Management and 3rd in Hospitality & Management, according to QS ranking

27.02.2019

Wednesday, 27 February 2019. For the third consecutive year, the QS World University Ranking by Subject has once again placed the URL as the best university in Spain and the 25th in the world in Business & Management studies.

Likewise, this prestigious international ranking places for the first time the URL studies of Hospitality & Management in 3rd position at national level, and 46 at global scale.

These rankings are compiled using four sources: the results of a reputation survey of academics from around the world, a second global reputation survey of employers, the number of citations in scientific publications, and the H-Index. Depending on the subjects, the ranking gives a different weight to each of these four indicators.

The QS World University Rankings by Subject 2019 is one of the most prestigious university rankings in the world. It analyses the world’s top universities in individual subject areas, covering 48 subjects.

The URL has also appeared in the different rankings published by the British consulting firm, such as the QS World University Ranking (#541-550); the Graduate Employability Ranking (#251-300) and in the Top 50 under 50 (#81-90).
