Three URL masters, ranked among the best in the world by Financial Times
The latest Financial Times ranking of Masters in Management has placed three Ramon Llull University master’s programmes among the best in the world
Wednesday, 13 September 2017. The ESADE-URL’s Master in International Management (MIM) is the first one to appear in the global top, rising up to the 8th global position and gaining one with respect to last year’s. On its side, the CEMS Global Alliance’s Master in International Management (MIM), which enters the ranking again in this edition, is placed in 9th. Finally, IQS-URL’s Master in Global Entrepreneurship Management (MGEM) occupies the 43rd position, jumping up 34.
Among the factors that contributed to the outstanding position of ESADE-URL MIM’s in the global top 10 are the institution’s high ranks in international mobility, career progression of graduates and salary increase. It is worth mentioning that salary increase is a new indicator being used in this 13th ranking edition, where 102 institutions have been evaluated.
The CEMS Global Alliance’s Master in International Management (MIM) takes 9th position in the ranking, thanks in part to strong scores for international course experience rank, international mobility rank and careers service rank. CEMS is an international institution comprising 30 of the world’s most prestigious business schools, and ESADE is the only institution to offer the CEMS MIM in Spain.
Finally, this British publication highlights that the Master in Global Entrepreneurship Management –a joint programme offered by IQS-URL, Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan and the University of San Francisco– has seen the biggest rise in this edition as it jumps 34 positions up, to rank at 43.
