Sign up to the risk management workshop onCampus, by Mario Coquillat, civil Engineer and Professional Project Manager (PMP)® and Advanced Project Risk Manager (RMP)® by the PMI. Currently PMO at Inabensa.
Throughout the workshop you will go over the processes of risk management that are done during the planning of a project. For it, in each process, a brief theoretical explanation will be provided, focusing on concepts which will later on apply onto the case study.
All groups will work over the same case study to be able to compare and debate posterior results. The case study corresponds to a company who executes projects abroad due to internationalization and the associated risks to such.
