Interational Congress «Internal Communication in Catholic and Pontifical Institutions: limits and challenges»
Pontifical University of Salamanca (c. de la Compañía, 5. Salamanca)
In an increasingly globalised, complex and changing university context, internal communication emerges as an essential element to strengthen institutional identity, cohesion and effectiveness.
The international congress on internal communication in Catholic institutions «Internal Communication in Catholic and Pontifical Institutions: limits and challenges», which will be held from 12 to 14 November 2025 at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, in collaboration with the FIUC (International Federation of Catholic Universities), aims to reflect and share experiences on the challenges and opportunities posed by internal communication in Catholic and Pontifical institutions.
This unique gathering will provide a space for reflection and exchange on the strategic value of internal communication in its human, organizational, and evangelizing dimensions. Topics will include institutional identity, community cohesion, artificial intelligence in support of dialogue, as well as the legal framework and modern technologies, all at the service of people and mission.
Carlo Gallucci, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Students at Ramon Llull University, will participate in the conference, giving a talk entitled “Governance models in universities: do they hinder or facilitate internal and centralized communication?” on November 13 at 3:30 p.m. You can view the full conference program here.
