The last IQS-Harvard Talks, “Right Kind of Wrong: Embracing Smart Failure to Innovate”, will have the privilege of welcoming Professor Amy C. Edmondson, the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School. Professor Edmondson is renowned for pioneering the concept of psychological safety, showing that teams perform better when members feel safe to speak up, report errors, and take interpersonal risks. This is an idea that has since transformed practices in healthcare, technology, and management.
