The last IQS-Harvard Talks, “Right Kind of Wrong: Embracing Smart Failure to Innovate”, will have the privilege of welcoming Professor Amy C. Edmondson, the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School. Widely regarded as one of the most influential thinkers in leadership and organizational behavior, she has consistently ranked at the top of the Thinkers50 global list and was recently named the #1 management thinker in the world.

Professor Edmondson is renowned for pioneering the concept of psychological safety, showing that teams perform better when members feel safe to speak up, report errors, and take interpersonal risks. This is an idea that has since transformed practices in healthcare, technology, and management. Edmondson expanded this work through her theory of teaming, showing how organizations learn and innovate through dynamic, cross‑disciplinary collaboration rather than static structures.
