ChemBioEng IQS Talks series | «Plasmonic Hybrid Materials to Monitor Tumor Activity»
IQS-URL Multimedia Hall (Via Augusta, 390. Barcelona)
Prof. Liz-Marzán, Ikerbasque Research Professor at CIC biomaGUNE and a leading expert in nanoplasmonics, will present on March, 14 at La Salle-URL an overview of the fabrication of nanoplasmonic building blocks and their integration into materials and devices for real-world applications in sensing and diagnostics.
The talk will focus on the use of nanostructured plasmonic substrates, including gold nanoparticle superlattices and 3D-printed hybrid scaffolds, for the precise SERS detection of tumor metabolites that shape the cancer landscape.
