Research Fridays «Creative challenges: How does an engineer make the leap to the creative world»

Xavi Bové, renowned visual composer and artistic director of the degree in Digital Arts at La Salle-URL, will explain his experience in moving from university education to the professional field and will reflect on how technology has taken more of a leading role in artistic creations in recent decades. During the session, he will present examples of his creations and review some milestones in the industry:

• The growing number of street art events and light festivals
• The current trend towards immersiveness and artificial intelligence

This will be the first session of the 2022-2023 academic year of the informative cycle 'Research Fridays', organized by La Salle-URL, a serie of conferences that explores questions about university research and how this knowledge is transferred to society.
