The current health crisis makes us acutely aware of the necessity to have dialogue and cooperation within countries and between countries. At the same time, we live times of divisions. In many countries, there are deep ideological divisions, great distrust. These ideological divisions run deep ranging from the political, to the religious. What does it take to achieve cooperation in such environment? How do we deal with ideological division? 

This session will be a dialogue between François Collet, an Associate Professor at the Department of People Management and Organisation at Esade and Jaume Villanueva, Assistant Professor at Rutgers University.
