The Vidal i Barraquer University Institute of Mental Health provides technical and scientific research and specialised teaching. Its aim is research in the field of bio-psychosocial psychology and psychopathology and related sciences. This institute stands out for its specific dedication to research in the field of mental health and the psychology of religion and for specialised training in psychopathology and psychoanalytical psychotherapy, through postgraduate and masters courses. In this connection it is jointly organised with the FPCEE Blanquerna of the University masters in clinical psychology and health.
