In order to provide support
to the university community in all aspects related to
languages (language correction and advice), the centres
provide language laboratories for students to learn,
improve and deepen their knowledge of Catalan, English,
French and German language, and Spanish for foreigners.
There the student can find and use different media and
materials: audio, video, computer and multimedia, etc. |

Consorci per a la Normalització Lingüística: the Consorci offers catalan courses at different levels (Basic, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced), in person and online, annual, semi-intensive and intensive. Parla.cat:
a space providing a training course organised into four levels (Basic - Elementary - Intermediate - Competence) and two modes of study. The site contains videos, audio material, games, animated activities, etc. It also provides a glossary, transcripts, assistants and a space with recreational and cultural content. By the time he or she has completed the Parla.cat courses, the student will have attained the knowledge required to sit the official exams organised by the Language Policy Secretariat, which are sat in person.

Speakcat:
speakcat is a Catalan course set in the university context, Course drawn up by the University of Girona with the collaboration of the other Catalan universities and the Commission for Universities and Research of the Ministry of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise.
It offers exercises and activities to help students discover the basic grammar and vocabulary of the language. It also contains exercises and activities related to practical aspects of everyday university life.
The course consists of 10 units. It provides a dictionary, a list of abbreviations, a grammar table and a personal assistant. Basic and Elementary levels. |

Online application for access to Catalan.
