Accessibility
The URL website has been designed to be accessible
to everyone, regardless of the browser used. We understand
a website to be accessible to everyone when anybody,
whatever their personal limitations, the characteristics
of their browser or the environment from which they
access the website, can use and understand the contents
of this website. That is why we have adhered to the
standards established by the World Wide Website Consortium
(W3C) and have followed the Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines, version 1.0.
Browsing
The different pages that make up the Website are
grouped together with headings in order to facilitate
browsing through the different contents. In order
to access the different sections easily we have
created “shortcuts” allowing a smooth
progression through the contents of the site, with
no need to use the mouse. For Internet Explorer/Mozilla,
select "F12". To move around, use "Tab"
or "Up arrow", "Down arrow",
"Right arrow" or "Left arrow".
To open a link, select “Enter”.
Structure of the contents
To access the different sections of the Website,
use the left browsing menu. This will drop down
as you select a link, revealing up to three levels.
The content will unfold in the central part of the
site, the title of the section coincides with the
name of the menu link. The contents are organised
logically via headers, or links enabling the user
to move through the different sections. In the upper
part of the page, you will find a section in which
to select the language used, and unfold the map
of the Website to navigate between the different
sections. Under the header of the Website you will
find links allowing you to increase and decrease
the font size, increase the contrast of the elements
making up the Website, to make them easier to read
or make searches within the site. At the bottom
of the page you will find the addresses, e-mail
and contact phone numbers of the URL.
